We discuss Julie\'s restaurant Julie\'s Kopitiam in Glasgow\'s Southside. Julie details how lockdown has affected the hospitality industry & the importance of a good work-life balance. Derek and Julie touch on racism in Glasgow, machoism and the hierarchy that has historically existed in kitchens and lots more.
